Khanh Duy Nguyen has submitted an application for the legalization of a patio
cover in the rear yard of a single - family residence, located at 7719 Melrose
Avenue in the PD (Planned Development) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
B. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 03 -04 —7723 Graves Avenue
Thai Hong Pham has submitted an application for the legalization of a patio
cover in the rear yard of a single - family residence, located at 7723 Graves
Avenue in the PD (Planned Development) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MODIFICATION - 8450 East Valley Boulevard,
Unit 122B. Tony Leung, DBA Sunny Cal Adult Health Care, is requesting to
expand an existing adult day health care facility into an adjacent vacant tenant
space, located at 8450 East Valley Boulevard, Unit 122B in the C3 -D (Medium
Commercial with a Design Overlay) zone.
Recommendation: Continue to the July 21, 2003, Planning Commission meeting
D. MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT 03 -01 Citywide
This is a City- initiated municipal code amendment to various sections of the
Rosemead Municipal Code pertaining to second dwelling units in compliance
with State Assembly Bill 1866, a new state law prohibiting discretionary reviews
and hearings for second dwelling unit applications.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
