and retail business, located at 8963 East Garvey Avenue in the M -1 (Light
Manufacturing) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03 -925 — 8909 East Garvey Avenue, Units B7 -B8
Irene Tsang has submitted an application for the operation of a garment
manufacturing business, located at 8909 East Garvey Avenue, Units B7 -B8 in the
M -1 (Light Manufacturing) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 01 -819 MODIFICATION - 8621 East Garvey
Avenue
The City of Rosemead is initiating a modification of conditions #3 (relating to
expiration) and #28 (relating to installation of security systems) of the existing
conditional use permit for the Flamingo Inn located at 8621 East Garvey Avenue
in the M -1 (Light Manufacturing) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
D. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 01 -821 MODIFICATION - 3029 North San
Gabriel Boulevard
The City of Rosemead is initiating a modification of conditions #3 (relating to
expiration) and #30 (relating to installation of security systems) of the existing
conditional use permit for the Gales Motel located at 3029 north San Gabriel
Boulevard in the C -3 (Medium Commercial) zone.
