A. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 02- 907 — 7726 Newmark Avenue, Jeremy Thien
has submitted an application for the construction of a new single - family
dwelling with a living area over 2,500 square feet, located at 7726 Newmark
Avenue in the R -2 (Light Multi Family Residential) Zone.
Recommendation: Continue to next Planning Commission meeting.
B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 02 -908 - 3514 Rosemead Boulevard, Fernando
Galan, DBA Mayumba Cuban Restaurant, has submitted an application for the
issuance of an On -Sale General (Type 47) ABC license in conjunction with an
eating establishment, located at 3514 Rosemead Boulevard, in the Rosemead
Place Shopping Center, in the C -3D (Medium Commercial with a Design
Overlay) Zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
C. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 26652 -3436 Burton Avenue
Hank Jong has submitted an application for the subdivision of one lot into two
parcels for the development of one single - family residence to be constructed
behind an existing single - family dwelling, located in the R -1 (Single Family
Residential) Zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions.
