Advisor Flanery stated that the Commission had a small use map in their possession showing past uses of the property under discussion. He explained further that investigations were made during the day when disposal trucks.would be in service - so this report could not state whether or not this property was used for storage of trucks at night. Advisor Flanery stated further that possibly the proposed use would be less detrimental than some uses permitted under the pre- sent zoning - such as a public garage or boxing arena and it was his opinion that increased property values would ul- timately force an operation.such as this to move. Secretary Woollett advised the Commission that he had re- ceived three communications concerning this matter and - 2 - ri would be happy to read them in full.if the Commission wished. Communications read in full by Secretary Woollett. George Grabler., 8902 East Mission Drive, stated he had sold Lot 29 on the corner of Steele and Hart Streets to Mr. . 6riegorian in 1940 and it.,had been used for truck storage since the date of purchase.
