Advisor Cushman reviewed the factual data regarding these
two plot plans.
Mr. Mcllvenna, 2 1 ' 0 :Q Huntington Drive, San Marino, Survevor
for the owners, the Reeds and Horri sons, called the
Commission's attention to the study he had prepared,
resulting rom the Commission's request at the meeting of
October 20, i L:, pertaining to a possible cul de sac
street arrangement to serve the lots in the two proposed
plot plans. He said a cul de sac type development was riot
feasible, due in part, to the additional costs involve:..
(MO) It was moved by Farrell, second by Buchanan, and unanimously
carried to delay any decision until the meeting or' December 1
1`164, to allow tie Commission time to make a further study of
the proposers developments.
(MO) It was moved by Buchanan, second by Pike, and unanimously
carried that the Commission consider agenda item 10 before
agenda item U.

10. Secretary .,!roe read a letter from Rodney S. Mahone District
Superintendent, 12osemead School District, dated November 13, 164,
and presented factual data requesting approval by the Planning
Commission to add four additional classrooms at the '.:'ells School
site.
(MO) It was moved by Farrell, second by Pike, and unanimously carried
that the proposal to add four additional classrooms at the Dells
School site be approved,

8. PLOT PLAN N0, 137 - D. B. & NAOMI A; BLAIR, 3728 MUSCATEL
AVENUE (SITE)
Advisor Cushman presented the Factual data regarding this plot
plan.
(MO) After discussion, it was moved by Farrell, second by Pike,
that applicants be permitted to withdraw their application
without prejucsice in order to redraw their plot plan for a
possible mutual easement arrangement on a dedicated street.
Chairman Kunz declared a recess at 9:52 o'clock p.m. Meeting
reconvened at 10 :10 o'clock p.m.

S. LOT SPLIT REPORT - RECOMMENDED FOR PLANNING COMMISSION RE- ANALYSIS

(MO) After considerable discussion o the Lot Split Report or
November 1, 1 ;)0 . 2, it was moved by Buchanan, second by Farrell,
that the Planing Commission recommends that the City Council
adopt the report of the Lot Split Committee and extends the
Commission's appreciation to the Economic Development Committee
for the study.

11. MATTERS FROM COM1 AMD STAFF
Secretary 'tlroe brought to the attention or the Commission
the requirement for additional copies of maps needed for
the processing of zone variances.
(MO) It was moved,' by Buchanan, second by Farrell, and unanimously
carried that the City Council amend Section `M 6.1A of the
Rosemead Municipal Code to require S copies of zone variance
plot plans instead of five.
