PC - Minutes - 09-12-660 CITY OF ROSEMEAD ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA PLANNING COMMISSION Minutes of September 12, 1965 A special meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemead was held in the Council Chambers, 3018 Charlotte Avenue. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Taylor at 7:50 o clock p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Pike. ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners: Buchanan, Holmes, Pike, Taylor. Absent: Commissioners: None. Ex officio: Armstrong, Brown, Farrell, Hersh, Meyer, Wise. Councilmen present were: Andersen, Maude, Whiddon. City Administrator Farrell advised the Council and Commission that this special joint session was for the purpose of considering an ordinance establishing a P -D (Planned Development) Zone. Larry Wise, Planning Consultant explained the proposed P -D Zone. Following discussion of this proposed ordinance, the Council adjourned at 8:50 o'clock p.m, and Chairman Taylor declared a 5 minute recess. Chairman Taylor reconvened the meeting at 8:55 o'clock p.m. Following discussion and minor modifications of the proposed ordinance, it was moved by Commissioner Holmes, second by Commissioner Pike, that this proposed ordinance, as corrected be recommended to the City Council for adoption. Roll call vote as follows: AYES: Commissioners: Buchanan, Holmes, Pike, Taylor. NOES: Commissioners: None. ABSENT: Commissioners: None. There being no further business, Chairman Taylor declared the meeting adjourned at 9:08 o'clock p.m.
