PLANNING COMMISSION
Study Session
MINUTES.OF OCTOBER 27, 1966
A study session of the Rosemead Planning Commission in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall at 3018 Charlotte Avenue
was convened by Chairman Paul S. Taylor at .7:32 P. M.
Director of Planning, Adolph E. Hersh, stated the purpose
of the study session to be consideration of the facts in
Zone Change Case Number 20, a rejuest fo. C=3 -D zoning on
the approximately 22 acre area east of the Montgomery Ward
property, approved by the Planning Commission and recommended
for C -3 -D by Resolution 66 -11, on September 6, 1966, and
returned to the Commission by the Council on September 27, 1966.
Wiley Pierce representing the Victor Pierce Realty Co. re-
quested a time extension to allow the signing of contractual
agreements and the preparation of plans by an architect.
A suggestion to have the applicant appear before the Comm-
ission at the regular Commission meeting of November 15th
to determine a subsequent study session, was approved by a
unanimous voice vote,
Several questions from the audience were answered.
Chairman Taylor declared the meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
