A special meeting of the Planning Commission was called to
order by the Chairman, Commissioner Pike, at 4 :38 P.M. in
the City Council Chambers, 3018 N, Charlotte Avenue, Rosemead,

City Administrator - Milton Farrell

3: REVIEW OF BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM AND FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT
City Administrator, Milton Farrell, presented the main points
of the Beautification Program and Federal Assistance Grant.
Discussion by Commission,'
(MO) It was moved by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner
Pike, that Resolution 67 -12 be adopted recommending approval
of Beautification Program and Federal Assistance Grant to the
City Council.
