CALL TO ORDER The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Pike 2. ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners: Larson, Pike, O'Hagan and Taylor Absent: Commissioners: Holmes Exofficio: Director of Planning - Al Hersh City Attorney - Bob Joehnck City Administrator - Milton Farrell Secretary - Foy Burton 3: REVIEW OF BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM AND FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT City Administrator, Milton Farrell, presented the main points of the Beautification Program and Federal Assistance Grant. Discussion by Commission,' (MO) It was moved by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Pike, that Resolution 67 -12 be adopted recommending approval of Beautification Program and Federal Assistance Grant to the City Council. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: Commissioners: Larson, Pike, O'Hagan and Taylor NOES: Commissioners: None ABSENT: Commissioners: Holmes chairman Pike adjoyrned the meeting at 4 :52 P.M.
