Minutes of FEBRUARY 12, 1968
An adjourned regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City
of Rosemead was held in the City Hall offices, 3018 Charlotte Avenue.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Taylor at 7:51 o'clock P.M.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners: Larson, O'Hagan, Pike, Taylor
Absent: Commissioners: Holmes
Ex officio: Armstrong, Farrell, Hersh, Street, Wise
Chairman Taylor declared all formalities dispensed with.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Chairman Taylor declared the public hearing for consideration of
the proposed subdivision ordinance reopened. Hearing reopened at
7:53 o'clock P.M.
Larry Wise, Planning Consultant presented the proposed subdivision
ordinance.
Commissioner Pike excused himself from the meeting at 8:50 o'clock
P.M.. Commissioner Pike indicated before leaving that he felt the
proposed subdivision ordinance was in order for recommendation to
the Council for approval.
Chairman Taylor declared the public hearing closed at 9:10 o'clock
P.M.
It was moved by Commissioner Larson, second by Commissioner O'Hagan,
and unanimously carried, that the proposed subdivision ordinance,
subject to the revisions discussed this evening, he recommended to
the Council for approval.
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
Chairman Taylor declared the meeting adjourned. Meeting adjourned
at 9:12 o'clock P.M.
