PC - Minutes - 06-05-680 9 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF ROSEMEAD ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA MINUTES OF JUNE 5, 1968 An adjourned regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemead was held in the Council Chambers, 8838 Valley Boulevard. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Larson at 7:06 P.M. 1. CALL TO ORDER The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Floe. The Invocation was delivered by Councilman ,Andersen, 2. ROLL CALL Present Commissioners: Absent Commissioners: Floe, Holmes, Larson None Ex Officio: City Admin. - Milt Farrell Admin. Asst. - Steve Street Director of Planning - Al Hersh City Clerk - Edythe Armstrong TIME RESERVED FOR PERSONS IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION. PUBLIC HEARING 4. None UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5. None NEW BUSINESS 6. Chairman Larson declared a short recess to enable the Council to call to order for this joint session. O.K. Christensen, Director of Regional Planning advised the Commission that this plan has been in the making for 12 years, is the 7th area under consideration, with 15 cities involved. Mr. Christensen introduced Joseph Kennedy, Principle Regional Planner, Area and Community Study Plans, and Kenneth Topping who presented the proposed General Plan. MATTERS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF 7. None TIME RESERVED FOR PERSONS IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION. 8. None There being no further business to come before the Commission, Chairman Larson declared the meeting adjourned. Meeting adjourned at 8 :15 P.M.
