The establishment, maintenance or conduct of the use for which the conditional use pemvt is sought will not, under the particular case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience or welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood. FINDING: The proposed use is located within an established residential district of the City, and is designated Low Density Residential in the General Plan. The proposed use is in conformity with the General Plan, in that the policies of the General Plan encourage complementary uses that will contribute to the economic well being of the residential areas of the City. C. The granting of such conditional use permit will not adversely affect the General Plan of the City. FINDING: The General Plan land use designation for the subject site is Low Density Residential; therefore, this residential development complies with its designation and will not negatively impact the general plan.
