PC - 1969 - 19 - Denying a Zone Variance: Case Number 640 CITY OF ROSEMEAD 0 RESOLUTION NO. 69-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DENYING A ZONE VARIANCE: CASE NUMBER 64. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine' tFat an application was duly filed by Dr. John E. Hoffman, with respect to real property described as follows: The West 45 feet of Lot 138, Tract No. 2826, M.B. 33 - 92: EXCEPT therefrom the north 50 feet; and otherwise known as 7543 Hellman Avenue, located on the north side of Hellman Avenue, between Stevens Avenue and Prospect Avenue; requesting a Zone Variance, on property in the R -3 (Medium Multiple Residential) Zone to permit: Conversion of an existing dwelling to establish a professional office for a practicing psychologist,the use to include the parking of accessory vehicles; that a public hearing was duly set for Tuesday, October 21, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and place. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and determines t aatcts do not exist as required by Section 9124 and 9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the Zone Variance. - Section 3. Based on the aforementioned findings the Com- mission heree5y_ en es a variance with respect to that property des- cribed in Section 1 of this resolution. Section 4. This action shall become final and effective after ten 0 ays after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided.in the Zoning Ordinance. Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution anTshall transmit copies of same to the applicant and the Rosemead City Clerk.
