RESOLUTION NO. 69 -17
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY, ZONE CHANGE NO. 39, BE CHANGED FROM
P ZONE TO C -3 ZONE AND R -1 ZONE TO P ZONE.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and
determine t a�i t an application was duly filed by Murray and Betty
Zwick with respect to real property described as follows:
(1) P to C -3: That portion of Lot 2, Block 6, Rosemead, M.B. 21-
114/115 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east
line of Ivar Avenue 155 feet south of the south line of Valley
Boulevard; thence southerly along the east line of ivar Avenue
a distance of 113.09 feet with a uniform depth of 174.99 feet
N. 87 40' 1 5 " E.
(2) R -1 to P: That portion of Lot 2, Block 6, Rosemead, M.B. 21-
114/115 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north
line of Nevada Avenue 175 feet east of the east line of Ivar
Avenue; thence easterly on said north line a distance of 160.29
feet with a uniform depth of 140 feet more or less N. Oo 59' 10" W.
and otherwise known as 3950 N. Ivar Avenue, and 8921, 8925 and 8931
East Nevada Avenue;
requesting a change of zone from P (Automobile Parking) Zone to C -3
(Medium Commercial) Zone and R -1 (Single Family Residential) Zone to
P (Automobile Parking) Zone; that a public hearing was duly set for
Tuesday, October 21, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Ha 1, 8838 Valley
Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place
and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was
duly held at the aforementioned time and place.
Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and deter-
mines that act is To exist as required by Section 9125 and 9126 et seq.
of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the
change of zone, and that the general welfare will be served and good
zoning practices will be followed if the requested zone change is approved.
Section 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this

Rosemead City Clerk.
