Subject to Stated Conitions Applying to the Zone and the Precise PlansCITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLUTION NO. 69 -13 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY, ZONE CHANGE NO. 38, BE CHANGED FROM A -1 TO P -D, SUBJECT TO STATED CONDITIONS APPLYING TO THE ZONE AND THE PRECISE PLANS. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine t a t an application was duly filed by the Southern California Edison Company, with respect to real property described as follows: PARCEL A: That portion of Lot A of Tract No. 3260, as per map recorded in Book 34, page 21 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying within that certain real property shown and desiggnated as Parcel 5 on a Record of Survey filed in Book 84, pages 26 to 30, inclusive, of Records of Surveys, in the office of said County Recorder. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that certain real property des- cribed in the Grant Deed and Correction Deed from Southern California Edison Company, a corporation, to the City of Monterey Park, a municipal corpora- tion, recorded, respectively, July 24, 1968 in Book D4076, page 364 and December 27, 1968 in Book D4235,.Page 610 of Official Records, in the office of said County Recorder. Parcel B: That portion of Lot 7 of Richard Garvey's Addition No. 2 to the tract known as Garvey Ranch, asper map recorded in Book 70, page 69 of Miscel- laneous Records, in the office of said County Re- corder; that portion of the Tract of land marked 11 41.13 Acres" on said map of Richard Garvey's Addition No. 2 to the Tract known as Garvey Ranch; and that portion of Lot A of Tract No. 1942, as per map recorded in Book 21,, page 179 of Maps, in the office of said County Recorder, lying within that certain real property shown and designated as Parcel 6 on a Record of Survey filed in Book 84, pages 26 to 30, inclusive, of Records of Surveys, in the office of said County Recorder. requesting a change of zone from A -1 (Light Agricultural) to P -D' (Planned Development); that a public hearing was duly set for Tuesday, July 1, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place and pur- pose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and place. s }:- Z9-13 Page Two Section 2.
