PC - 1969 - 11 - Granting a Conditional use Permit: Case No. 29i ti ' - • CITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLUTION NO. 69 -11 9 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: CASE NO. 29. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine t ai t an application was duly filed by the First Baptist Church of Rosemead, with respect to real property described as follows: Lots 2 and 3, Tract No. 3895, MB 39 - pages 54 and 55, except therefrom the south 50 feet of the west 190 ( +) feet of Lot 3, per records on file in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles. requesting a Conditional Use Permit, on property in the R -1 (Single Family Residential) Zone to permit: Relocation, establishment and operation of a high school (Maranatha) on an existing church property utilizing the existing structures and parking area. that a public hearing was duly set for Tuesday, May 20, 1969, at 7:30. P.M. at the City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,California, and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and place. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and deter- mines that act is exist as required by Section 9124 and 9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the Permit. Section 3 . The Planning Commission further finds: 1. That the proposed development would be in basic accord with the adopted General Plan of the City of Rosemead 2. That the proposed development would not be detrimental to the surrounding area. Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings the Commission erTi e — 9rants a conditional use permit with respect to that property described in Section 1 of this resolution, subject to the conditions attached hereto. Section 5. This action shall become final and effective after ten 0 ays after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinance. 69-11 • • Page Two Section 6.
