RESOLUTION NO. 69 -10
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT: CASE NO. 28.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find
and determine t — ia� t an application was duly filed by the Alhambra
Neuropsychiatric Hospital, with respect to real property described
as follows:
Main Property: Lot 13 and 16 of Alleyne Acres, in the City
of Rosemead, County of Los Angeles, state of California,
as per map recorded in book 37, pages 41 and 42 of Maps,
in the office of the county recorder of said County.
EXCEPT that portion of lot 16, described as follows: Be-
ginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 16; thence
South 0 degrees 59' 10" East along the easterly line of
said Lot, 189.99 feet; thence North 21 degrees 30' West a dis-
tance of 55.02 feet; thence North 0 degrees 58' 1 7 " East a
distance of 145.72 feet to a point of the northeasterly
line of said Lot 16, distant thereon North 64 degrees 21' 30"
West 16.00 feet from said point of beginning; thence South
64 degrees 21' 30 East 16.00 to the point of beginning.
Hirsch Property: The north 80 feet of the southerly 150 feet
of lot 14 (said Distance being measured along easterly and
westerly lines of said lot) of Alleyne Acres, in the city
of Rosemead, County of Los Angeles, state of California, as
per map recorded in book 37 pages 41 and 42 of maps, in the
office of the county recorder of said county.
Schwartz Property: The South 70 feet of Lot 14, measured
along the easterly and westerly lines of said Lot, of Alleyne
Acres, as per map recorded in Book 37, at Page 41 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
Raiders Property: The northerly 150 feet of Lot 12, Alleyne
Tract Acres, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 37, page 41 of map records of said
county.
requesting a Conditional Use Permit, on property in the C -3 (Medium
Commercial) Zone to permit:
Expansion of the existing Alhambra Neuropsychiatric
Hospital by addition of a twenty -two bed hospital facility,
with a reorganized parking arrangement to City standards,
and including a permitted professional office building
that a public hearing was duly set for Tuesday, May 20, 1969 at 7:30
P.M. at the City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California,
and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid hearing
was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned
time and place.

The Planning Commission further finds and
exist as required by Section 9124 and 9126 et
of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting
Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds:
1. That the proposed development is in basic accord
with the adopted General Plan of the City of
Rosemead.
2. That the proposed development would not be detri-
mental to the health, safety and welfare of the
surrounding neighborhood.
Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings the
Commission erTi eF grants a conditional use permit with respect to
that property described in Section 1 of this resolution, subject to
the conditions attached hereto.
Section 5. This action shall become final and effective
after ten ( 0 ays after this decision by the Planning Commission
unless within such time a written appeal is filed by the City
Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided
in the Zoning Ordinance.
Section 6. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this reso utt ionanand shall transmit copies of same to the appli-
cant and the Rosemead City Clerk.
