PC - 1968 - 16 - Granting a Zone Variance: Case No. 57CITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLUTION NO. 68 -16 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A ZONE-VARIANCE: CASE NO. 57 THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine'�t an application was duly filed by Vincenzo Gambino, with respect to real property described as follows: .Commencing at intersection of the S. line of Lot 68 with W. line of San Gabriel Boulevard, thence N. on said line 70 feet, thence E. 31 feet, thence S. 52.5 feet, thence E: 15 feet, thence N. 26.5 feet, thence E. 105 feet, thence N. along W. line of San Gabriel Boulevard 26 feet to point of beginning, as shown on maps filed- in.the Office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles. Otherwise known as 3317 North San.Gabriel Boulevard: requesting a Zone Variance, on property in the C -3 (Medium Commercial) Zone to permit: To permit less than the required amount of parking spaces for the proposed pizza restaurant; that a public hearing was duly set for Tuesday, December 3, 1968, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and,place. Section,2'. The.P.lanning Commission further finds and determines t a�i t do exist as required by Section 9124 and 9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of.Rosemead justifying a granting of the Zone Variance. Section 3 The Planning.Commission further finds: That. the proposed use would be ,in accord with the General Plan and in keeping with the sur- rounding businesses. 2. That the proposed use would not be.detrimental to the surrounding Section 4. This action shall become final and effective after ten ays after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinance. Section 6. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution shall transmit copies of same to the appli- cant and the Rosemead City Clerk.
