PC - 1968 - 17 - Granting a Conditional Use Permit: Case Number 26CITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLUTION NO. 68 -17 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: CASE NUMBER 26 THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine tFiat an application was duly filed by Vincenzo Gambino, with respect to real property described as follows: Commencing at intersection of the S. line of Lot 68 with W. line of San Gabriel Boulevard, thence N. on said line 70 feet, thence E: 31 feet, thence S. 52.5 feet, thence E. 15 feet, thence N. 26.5 feet, thence E. 105 feet, thence N. along W. line of San Gabriel Boulevard 26 feet to point of beginning, as shown on maps filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles. Otherwise known as 3317 North San Gabriel Boulevard: requesting a Conditional Use Permit on property in 'the C -3 (Medium Commercial) Zone to permit: The incidental sale and use of beer and wine as beverages with meals in a proposed pizza that a public hearing was duly set for Tuesday, December 3, 1968, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and place. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and determines t aTi t do exist as required by Section 9124 and 9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the Zone Variance. Section 3 . The Planning Commission further finds: 1. That the proposed use would be in accord with the General Plan and in keeping with the sur- rounding businesses. 2. That the proposed use would not be detrimental to the surrounding neighborhood. Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings the Commission e�Fy_grants a conditional use permit with respect to that property described in Section 1 of this resolution, sub- ject to the conditions attached hereto. Section 5. This action shall become final and effective after ten 0 ays after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinance. 68 -17 PC Section 6. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this reso uuttton and shall transmit copies of same to the appli- cant and the Rosemead City Clerk.
