A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:
CASE NUMBER 21.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find
and determine at an application was duly filed by Tony DiPilla
of DiPilla's Pizzaria, with respect to real property described as
follows:
Lot 3 of Tract No. 5165, in Map Book 58 page 11
as shown on a map filed in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles;,
requesting a_Conditional Use Permit, on property in the C -3 (Medium
Commercial.) Zone to permit:
an established pizza restaurant to begin serving
of beer and wine with meals on the premises at
9013 Valley Boulevard;
that a public hearing was duly set for Tuesday, May 21, 1968, at
7 :30 P.M. at the City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,
California, and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of
aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at
the aforementioned time and place.
Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and
determines that - acts do exist as required by Section 9124 and
9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying
a granting of the Conditional Use Permit.
Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds:
1, that the proposed permit would be in basic accord
with the adopted General Plan of the City;
2, that the proposed permit would not be harmful to
the general welfare, health and safety of the
surrounding community;
3. that the proposed permit would be a reasonable
and acceptable use of the property.
Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings the
Commission herebygrants a Permit with respect to that property
described in Section 1 of this resolution, subject to the conditions
attached hereto.
Section 5. This action shall become final and effective
after ten 0 ays after this decision by the Planning Commission
unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City
Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided
in the Zoning Ordinance.

Section 6. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this reso — 1 tion and shall transmit copies of same to the appli-
cant and the R osemead City Clerk.
