RESOLUTION NO. 67 -22' A RESOLUTION OF THE "PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE: CASE NUMBER 52. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine that an application was duly filed by the Reliable Lumber Company, with respect to real.property' described as follows: All of that portion of•Lot 1, Block 5,. Rosemead, M.B. 21 - 114/115 lying westerly of the west line of Tract No. 8213, M,B.'97 - 28/30 and northerly of the NE'ly line of Rubio Wash (60 feet wide). EXCEPT therefrom the east 100�feet of the north 183 feet otherwise described as the property on.the east side of Walnut Grove Avenue, north of, the Rubio Wash and south from Valley Boulevard requesting a Zone Variance, on property in the R -1 (Single Family Residential) Zone to permit: expansion of the existing lumber and storage facilities onto the southern portion of the site, removing existing rental dwelling units as required; that a publ.ic hearing was duly set for Tuesday, November 21, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 3018 North Charlotte Avenue, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and place. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and determines thaws exist as required by Section 9124 and 9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the Zone Variance. Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds: 1. That the proposed zone variance would be substantially in accord with the General Plan of the City of Rosemead. 2. That the proposed zone variance would not, under the . conditions applied, be detrimental to the surrounding neighborhood Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings the Commission here grants a variance with respect to that property described in Section l of this resolution, subject to the conditions attached hereton. Section 5. This action shall become final and effective after ten 0 ays after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinance. 67-22 -2- Section 6.
