RESOLUTION NO. 67-17•
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY,,ZONE CHANGE NO. 30, BE CHANGED FROM
A -1 to R -1
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section]. The Planning Commission does hereby find
and determin a that an application was duly filed by Tudor Land
Company with respect to real property described as follows:
PARCEL 1: A11 of that part of Lot 56 of Tract No. 701, in
the County'of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in book 16 pages 110 and 111 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County,.described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of lot 56; thence easterly
along the southerly line of San Gabriel Boulevard, 470 feet;
thence southerly and parallel with the westerly line of said
lot,56, to a point in the northerly line of Arroyo Drive;
thence westerly along the northerly line of Arroyo Drive to
the southwest corner of said lot 56; northerly along
the westerly line of said lot 56, 1248.11 feet to-the point
of beginning..
PARCEL 11: The northeast feet of the southeast 190 feet
of that portion of lot 56 of Tract No. 701, in the County of
Los Angeles, State of California, and that portion of Arroyo
Drive shown upon said map vacated by Ordinance.of Board of
Supervisors of said County, as per map recorded in book 16 page
110 of Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
county, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot; thence southwest
along the southeasterly line and the southwesterly poolongation
thereof to the northeasterly line of Arroyo Drive,. 80 feet wide
as described in the deed to the County of Los Angeles, recorded
in book 11926 page 332, Official Records; thence northwesterly
along said northeasterly line to a point in a line that is I
parallel with the southeasterly line of said lot and passing
through the northeasterly line of said lot distant thereon 190
feet northwest from the northeast corner of said lot; thence
northeasterly along said parallel line to the northerly line of
said lot; thence 'southeasterly along said north line 190 feet
to the point of-beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom all oil, gas, and hydrocarbon substances
in and under said land, but without right of surface entry there-
on, together- with the right to prospect for, mine and remove the
same from surface locations outside of the boundaries of the lands
herein described and to drill into and through the subsurface of
said lands below a depth of 200 feet to recover oil, gas and
hydrocarbon substances from said lands and any other'land in
which the lessor`has.mineral rights, as reserved by Title
Insurance and Trust Company -in deed recorded January 15, 1958.

and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was
duly held at the aforementioned time and place. .
Section 2. The Planning Commission

cant and the Rosemead - City Clerk.
