PC - 1967 - 08 - Granting a Conditional Use Permit: Number 11• CITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLUTION NO. 67 -8 0 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NUMBER 11. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 . The Planning Commission does hereby bind and determine that an application was duly filed by Harry and Ludene Hoffman, with respect to real property described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 6, thence along the Northerly line of said Lot, North 88 11' West 514.58 feet to the center line of Brookline Avenue, as shown on map of Tract No. 5181, recorded in book 107 pages 31 and 32 of Maps, in the office of the county of said county; thence along the Southern prolongation of said center line, South 0 45' 20" East 357.00 feet; thence parallel with said prolongation, South 0 45' 20" East 59.50 feet to the true potiint of beginning, thence continuing South 0 45' 20 "East 58.50 feet, thence parallel with said Northerly line North 88 Il' West 180.05 feet to the Southerly prolongation of the center line of Cleverly Avenue, formerl;yy Arcadia Avenue, as shown on said map of said Tract 5181; thence along said last mentioned prolonged center line North 0 45' 20" West 58.50 feet to the line parallel with said Northerly line which passes through the true point of be- ginning; thence South 88 11' West 180.05 feet to the true point of beginning, shown on a map filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles. . requesting a Condition Use Permit to allow the establishment of a Home for the Aged, including expansion of the existing dwelling unit and the provision of a covered parking area on the 59 x 150 foot lot; that a public hearing was duly set for May 16, 1967 at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 3018 North Charlotte Avenue, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place, and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and place. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and deter- mines thatTacts - do exist as required by Section 9124 and 9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the Condition Use Permit. Section 3. Bases on the aforementioned findings the Com- mission hereby grants a conditional use permit with respect to that property described in Section 1 of this resolutjon, subject to the conditions attached hereto. Section 4. This action shall become final and effective ten (10) days a ter this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinace. Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall transmit copies of same to the applicant, opponents of record, and the Rosemead City Clerk.
