THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Sectionl. The Planning Commission does hereby find and deter- mine that an application was duly filed by Joseph H. Healy, Ronald G. Travis, and Howard Wagner, with respect to real property described as follows: (PARCEL A) The northerly 70 feet of the southerly 440 feet of the easterly 195 feet of the westerly 425 feet of lot 11, E.J. Baldwin's first subdivision of the Rancho Potrero Grande. M.R. 66, Page 94 -95 in the City of Rosemead, County of Los Angeles, Calif. (PARCEL B and C) The northerly 110 feet of the southerly 410 feet of the easterly 109 feet of the westerly 230 feet of lot 11, E. J. Baldwin's first subdivision of the Rancho Potrero Grande. M.R. 66, page 94 -95 in the City of Rosemead, Count of Los Angeles, Calif. PARCEL D, E, and F� The northerly 120 feet of the southerly 370 feet of the easterly 195 feet of the westerly 425 feet of lot 11, E.J. Baldwin's first sub- division of the Rancho Potrero Grande. M.R. 66, Page 94 -95 in the City of Rosemead, County of Los Angeles, Calif. as shown on maps filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles. requesting a Zone Variance to allow a land - locked parcel and two adjoining parcels to the east to be developed substaintally as pre- viously approved plot plans; permitting the development of seven R -1 lots on a proposed cul -de -sac street, six of the lots with less than the presently required minimum area; that a public hearing was duly set for May 16, 1967 at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 3018 North Charlotte Avenue, Rosemead, California, and a notice of the time, date, place, and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned time and place. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and deter- mines that facts do exist as required by Section 9123 and 9126 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the Zone Variance. Section 3. Based on the aforementioned findings the Com- mission hereby approves the requested Zone Variance with respect to that property described in Section 1 of this resolution. Section 4. This action shall become final and effective ten (10) days after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead.City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinance. Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall transmit copies of same to the applicant, opponents of record, and the Rosemead City Clerk.
