The joint meeting of the Rosemead City Council and the Successor Agency of Rosemead Community
Development Commission was called to order by Chair /Mayor Low at 6:00 p.m Rosemead City
Council Chamber located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, Calif9.

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE
Brian Lewin — congratulated Director of Parks and Recreation David Montgomery-Scott on Sunday's
successful Young Americans event, and thanked him for bringing the event to the City. He stated it was great
to see kids getting involved and that it set a good precedent to get more children involved in the arts.
Charles Trevino — introduced himself and stated he represented the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal
Water District Division 2, which covers Rosemead. He inquired if it would be pos 'ble for him to address the
Council on the Bay Delta Conservation Plan and the water bond for 2014. He ed that they are going to
be rolling out conservation programs that will be of interest to the City, and ' ired if it could be included in
an upcoming agenda so he can discuss them in detail.

Rosemead to the Board of Trustees for the San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector Control
District AND appoint him/her for a two year or four year term.

Mayor Polly Low adjourned the meeting at 7:18 p.m. The next regular City Council meeting is scheduled to
