Brown Act
Pursuant to provisions of the Brown Act, no

Persons attending the meeting shall observe

1. PUBLIC COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE
The City Council and Commissions will receive public comments on matters not listed on the agenda.
2. STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE WORKSHOP
A. The City Council, the Planning and the Traffic Commission will conduct a joint workshop to
review and discuss issues relative to an update of the City of Rosemead Strategic Plan for
2014 and 2015. Discussion will focus primarily on proposed goals, strategies and action
items for the upcoming two years. Actual adoption of the updated Strategic Plan by the City
Council is anticipated to occur on February 11, 2014.
Recommendation: That the City Council and Commissions review and comment on the
draft document under consideration for an update of the City's Strategic Plan for 2014 and
2015.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The next regular City Council meeting is scheduled to take place on January 28, 2014 at
7:00 p.m.
