To City of Rosemead:
Thanks for notifying us about this project. We hope the City can limit the size
of this project. This mixed use development project of two buildings with 28
condominium units and over 11,375 commercial /office space in 0.698 acre site
is overcrowded/ too dense. With the basement parking is still posted an issue
of overcrowded. Our house is adjacent to this site. This lot seems not big
enough to accommodated these many units. The people and traffic will
overcrowded this area. Willard elementary is on this street, 0.2 miles from this
site. The heavy traffic can bring danger to children walking to the school. The
commercial /office can bring in a lot of strangers, which give bad people
opportunity to do harm to the neighborhood. In addition, the visitors/ tenants/
owners occupying on this multiple floors structure facing north and west will
able to view all the houses on our easement. It takes away our privacy. We
hope the City of Rosemead can re- evaluate the possible consequences, and
make necessary correction on this new project, especially for safety of our
neighborhood.
Please address our concerns before or at the public hearing, and If possible do not
disclose our address to the developer.
