Ordinance No. 377 - Changing Zone of Certain Propertygo ORDINANCE NO. 377 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE ( ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. 66) E THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD'DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That certain property in the City of Rosemead described in the legal description attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby classified and zoned P-D (Planned Development). Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Rosemead, as adopted by Section 9103.1 of the Rosemead Municipal Code is hereby amended by changing the classification of the property hereinabove described to P-D and said map shall have noted thereon "Amended to April 23, , 1974" Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of adoption of this ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 2 hereinabove.
