The event is scheduled for August 23, 2014 along Valley Boulevard from Ivar Avenue to Walnut Grove Avenue. The event is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., however, the nature of the event and the set up required necessitate that Valley Boulevard be closed to all vehicular traffic from 12:00 a.m. on Saturday until 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 24. In accordance with the terms of the co- sponsorship agreement, the City is responsible for traffic control planning and operations through the use of a consultant.
