For the last 4 years I have served as the alternate. Every 4 years our 13 cities must hold an election for a board member. The vote is weighted by cities' population. The period when cities nominate by resolution at their council meeting closes on Oct. 20th and then the cities vote again by resolution after November Pt. I have always appreciated having your city's nomination and final vote and hope I can count on it again. Our projects have removed over 71 tons of contaminants, but the work isn't over yet. With the severe drought we are in, our water supply could be threatened and as you know I am not afraid to ask questions. Please see my letter to the editor of Aug. 26, 2014. Please feel free to call or email me. My cell is (626)833 -6673 and my email is clarkeeesc(a)yahoo.com.
