Each single- family home will also be developed with an attached two -car garage. The subject site is located at 33651var Avenue in the R -1 (Single - Family Residential) zone. PC RESOLUTION 14.12 - A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 72586 TO SUBDIVIDE ONE (1) EXISTING PARCEL INTO THREE (3) PARCELS, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THREE (3) NEW SINGLE - FAMILY HOMES. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT 3365 VAR AVENUE IN THE R -1 (SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE. STAFF RECOMMENDATION - Based on the analysis and findings contained in this report, it is recommended that the Planning Commission ADOPT Resolution No. 14 -13 with findings and APPROVE Tentative Parcel Map 72586, subject to the seventy (70) conditions.
