On October 7, 2014, a Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting was conducted
with the applicant and City Staff. During this meeting, the Planning, Building and Safety,
and Engineering Divisions outlined concerns relating to the proposed project. Since then,
the applicant has revised their preliminary plans to the satisfaction of the Engineering
Division. However, the Planning Division is still unable to conduct a complete review of the
project due to the minimal plans that were submitted during the Pre-Application process.
The applicant is aware of this comment and would still like to present their proposed
project to the City Council to receive input on concerns that the City Council may have and
to provide the City Council with detailed information on potential upcoming issues that may
be brought before the City Council in the future.
