Privacy for residents who have rear yards abutting proposed community
Community Outreach
Olson has addressed their concerns in the following manner:
In response to City feedback, the entry will be widened to 25’
The homes that back onto the adjacent residential will not have windows directly facing the neighboring properties on the second floor
There is no requirement for on-site parking, but Olson is providing:
10 guest parking spaces
Driveways for six units
Traffic study will be completed during Entitlements
An alternate entry is not feasible
