LEWIS SULLIVAN, FLANNING DIRECTOR DATE: OCTOBER 24, 1978 RE: ZONE CHANGE 78-101 From the check of the Tax Records and the legal description, Lots ~~ 5 and ~~ 7 were legally created lots by the Rancho Grande Potrero Tract. Lots ~~ 5 and ~~ 7 were purchased by David Sanchez in an Estate Sale. Mr. Sanchez then sold Lot ~~ 7 to Mr. Andragna; and in May of 1978, Mr..Andragna sold Lot:~~ 7 to Raymond Morales and James Dabbs. At present, David Sanchez still owns Lot ~ 5.
