ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD AMENDI~?G ROSEMEAD '/
MUNICIPAL CODE § § 9106.1°AND 9106.,3~~T
WITH RESPECT TO CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSETZEAD ORDAINS: .

SF.CTIOid 1. Section 9106.33~of the Rosemead Municipal
Code is hereby ce~ted in its entirety, and the following
provision substituted therefor:

"9106. Open Space. There shall be provided
a minimum of 400. square feet of private and/or
common open space per unit, or any combination
thereof exclusive of front yard setback, side yard
setback, vehicular accessways, and off-street
parking areas. Open space shall be devoted to
landscaping, outdoor recreational facilities
incidental to the residential development which
may include, but are not limited to: swimming
pools, tennis courts, children's play area,
• barbeque and picnic areas. It should be the
intent of the open space to provide a maximum
of useable space within the condominium project,
oriented so as to provide separation of vehicular
traffic from said open space."

SECTION 2. Section 9106.,0 of the Rosemead Municipal
Code is hereby deleted in its entirety, and the following
provision substituted therefor:
"9106. Driveway Requirements. Dlinimum Driveway
-Stan ards shall be as follows: Twenty-six (26) feet
of unobstructed width. All driveways shall comply
with the County of Los Angeles Fire Department
Access Standards."
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after its adoption by the City Council.
