ORDINANCE N0 203
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
REGULATING AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATIONS
WITHIN THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD AND
EXTENDING ORDINANCE N0. 191 FOR ONE YEAR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 191 of the City of

force and effect for a term of one year expiring March 28,

prior to the adoption of this Ordinance."
Section 2, '`The Planning Commission of the City
of Rosemea id`s con3ucting studies with reference to the
location, and regulation of automobile service stations.
Pending the completion of such studies and in order to
prevent the development of properties in a manner incom-
patible with the zoning classification and regulations
which may be established it is necessary that no fur-
ther automobile service stations be established, This
Ordinance is therefore an interim zoning ordinance
necessary for the protection of the health, safety and
general welfare of the City of Rosemead and shall take
effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of
March, 1967,
