THE CITY COUNGlL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOGS HEREBY ORDAII'd AS FOLLOIn~S: Section 1. The following described property in the City of Roseme~ntly classified A-1 is reclassified and zoned R-l: PARCEL l: All of that part of Lot 56 of Tract No. 701, in in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in boo!< 16 pages 11U and 111 of i°iaps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of lot 56; thence easterly .along the southerly line of San Gabriel Boulevard, 47U feet; thence southerly and parallel with the westerly line of said lot 56, to a point in the northerly line of Arroyo Drive; thence westerly along the northerly line of Arroyo Drive to • the southwest corner of said lot 56; thence northerly along the westerly line of said lot. 56, 1248.11 feet to the point of beginning.
