FROM ZUNE A-1 TO R-1 AND AMENDING THE
MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNGlL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOGS HEREBY ORDAII'd AS
FOLLOIn~S:
Section 1. The following described property in the City of
Roseme~ntly classified A-1 is reclassified and zoned R-l:
PARCEL l: All of that part of Lot 56 of Tract No. 701, in
in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in boo!< 16 pages 11U and 111 of i°iaps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of lot 56; thence easterly
.along the southerly line of San Gabriel Boulevard, 47U feet;
thence southerly and parallel with the westerly line of said
lot 56, to a point in the northerly line of Arroyo Drive;
thence westerly along the northerly line of Arroyo Drive to
• the southwest corner of said lot 56; thence northerly along
the westerly line of said lot. 56, 1248.11 feet to the point
of beginning.
PARCEL 11: The northeast 574 feet of the southeast 190 feet
of that portion of tot 56 of Tract No. 701, in the County of
Los Angeles, State of California, and that portion of Arroyo
Drive shown upon said map vacated by Ordinance of Board of
Supervisors of said County, as per map recorded in book lb
page 110 of t~Raps, in the office of the county recorder of
said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot; thence southwest
along the southeasterly line and the southwesterly prolongation
thereof to the northeasterly line of Arroyo Drive, 8U feet wide
as described in the deed to the County of Los Angeles, recorded
• in book 11926 page 332, Official Records; thence northwesterly
along said northeasterly line to a point in a line that is
parallel with the southeasterly line of said lot and passing
through the northeasterly line of said lot distant thereon 190
feet northwest from the northeast corner of said lot; thence
northeasterly along said parallel line to the northerly tine of
said lot; thence southeasterly along said north line 190 feet
to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The hereinabove described property shall be
classi'~'eT as Zone R-1 on the official zoning map of the City of
Rosemead referred to in Section 9103.1 of the 'municipal Code. The
Clerk is hereby directed to note on said map "Amended to
