THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEa`hEAD DOES HEREBY ORDAIPd AS FOLLUi•:~5: Section 1. The following described property in the City of Rosemead pre- sentry classified C-3 and P is reclassified and zoned C-3-D and p-D (Design) as follows: The southerly 225 feet is reclassified and zoned C-3-D. The northerly 159.03 ~• is reclassified and zoned P-D (Design). That portion of the westerly 5 acres of Lot 4, in block 3 of Rosemead, in the city of Rosemead, county of Los Angeles, state of California, as per map recorded in book 12 page 194 of naps, in the office of the county recorder of said county, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly line of said Lot 4, distant thereon easterly 158.65 feet from the northwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the northerly line or' said Lot 4, 1&'3.61 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly corner of the land conveyed by Richard ;<. Bond, by deed dated November 12, 1921, recorded in book 709 page 376, Ufficial Records; thence southerly, along the easterly line of the land so conveyed to Richard K.
