Ordinance No. 285 - Annexation Area No. 38CITY OF ROSEMEAD ORDINANCE NO. 285 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION NUMBER 38" TO THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on January 28, 1970, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Los Angeles adopted a resolution authorizing the City of Rosemead to conduct proceedings without the Government Code, for the annexation of certain uninhabited territory to the City of Rosemead; and, WHEREAS, said territory is now and has heretofore been designated as "Annexation No. 38". NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD does hereby approve the annexation to the City of Rosemead of the territory designed as "Annexation No. 38", and as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, and does hereby orda.i:n that said territory be, and it hereby is annexed to the City of Rosemead.
