AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM P-D AND A-1 ZONES TO C-3 AND R-3
ZONES, AND AMENDING THE ROSEMEAD
MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The property as described herein and
attacFe- ereto marked "Exhibit All, and presently
classified as A-1 and P-D is hereby reclassified and
zoned C-3 and R-3.

Lot 5, 6 and 15 of Tract No. 701, as per map recorded in Book 16,
page 110 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Los
Angeles County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Lots.5 and 15 lying Easterly of
a line that is parallel with and 275 feet Easterly measured at right
angles from the Easterly line of Delta Avenue, 60 feet wide, as
shown on the map of said T-ract 701; approximately 16.63 acres.
