Non-Conforming Buildings and Uses.
The following regulations shall apply to all non-
conforming buildings and structures or parts thereof i
and uses existing at the effective date of this
Chapter, and meet all requirements as set forth in
..the General.Provisions, Part XXI, except for Sections
9121.4 (D),.•(E), (F), (G), (H),.(I), 9121.5 and
9 21.7.
A Any such non-conforming buildings may not

repaired, rebuilt, or structurally altered
