Ordinance No. 328 - Changing Zone Certain PropertyORDINANCE NO. 328 0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM C-M TO M-1 AND AMENDING THE ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE. (ZONE CHANGE NO. 54). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described property in the City of Rosemead presently zoned C-M is hereby reclassified and zoned M-1: A. Parcel 3, 26 and 27 of Lot 2 of Baldy View Tract, as recorded in Map Book 12-191 in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County; ALSO COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4912 and 4918 Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California; B. Parcel 3 of Lot 5 of Baldy View Tract, as recorded in Map Book 12-191 in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County; • ALSO COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4915 Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California; C. That southerly portion of Parcel 806 of Lot 1 of Baldy View Tract, as recorded in Map Book 12-191 in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County; ALSO COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4930 Earle Avenue, Rosemead, California; D. Parcel 15 and 16 of Lot 10 of Baldy View Tract, as recorded in Map Book 12-191 in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County; ALSO COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4929 WW Avenue, Rosemead, California. SECTION 2. The hereinabove described property shall be classified ash as previously stated, on the official zoning map of the city of Rosemead, referred to in Section 9103.1 of the Municipal Code. The Clerk is hereby directed to note on said map "Amended to February 22 , 1972, and insert in such blank the date of the adoption of t is ordinance.
