STAFF RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 73496 and direct the City Clerk to arrange for the recordation of the map. DISCUSSION The Rosemead Planning Commission approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 73496 on September 21, 2015. The Conditions of Approvals required the subdivider to install survey monuments prior to recordation of the final map. Don Bosco Technical Institute, subdividers, provided to the City a Cashier Check Deposit in the amount of$4,800.00 to guarantee the completion of survey monuments installation.
