Ordinance No. 329 - Changing the Zone of Certain PropertyORDINANCE NO. 329 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD CHANGING THE 'ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM C-M TO M-1 AND AMENDING THE ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE. (ZONE CHANGE NO. 55). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following described property in the City of Rosemead presently classified as C-M is hereby reclassified and zoned M-1: The properties presently zoned C-M, to the north of the properties zoned M-1 fronting on the north side of Garvey Avenue, from 8351 E. Garvey Avenue to 8921 E. Garvey Avenue. (65 parcels, 14 acres). The properties presently zoned C-M, to the south of the properties zoned M-1 fronting on the'south side of Garvey Avenue, and located between Walnut Grove Avenue and La Presa Avenue, (4 parcels, L acre) • The property located at 2663 North Stingle Avenue which has a frontage on Stingle.Avenue of 660 feet and a depth of 401 feet. (1 parcel, 6 acres). SECTION 2. The hereinabove described property shall be classified asas M-as previously stated, on the. official zoning map of the City of Rosemead, referred to in Section 9103.1 of the Municipal Code., The Clerk is hereby directed to note on said map "Amended to February 22, 1972," and insert in such blank the date of the adoption of this ordinance.
