There are no hardware groups listed that I can find. Door hardware Spec calls out hardware but does not give GROUPS.. Hardware to be per Sheet A7.0.1 and Specifications. 11. Hallow metal steel spec shows A 10" top and 10" bottom reinforcement this will take it a custom door. Provide standard door with 10" bottom only. 12. See attached updated floor plan SIC -4 21. Multi- purpose room 111 on the cabinet drawing shows a gas stove. Will a stove be required? No gas line shown on plumbing drawings. Yes, new Gas stove to be installed, Contractor should account for new gas line and proper venting. 22. Door number 110.1 calls for new 20 min door with aluminum frame. Can we use the existing frame with a new door? New door and door frame shall be installed per plans and specs. 23. Window number W -3 shows infill half the window. Cutting the existing window frame will affect the rating of the frame and may need to be re- certified to maintain wall rating. And patching the plaster. The plans do not call for painting the north exterior wall and the patch will stand out. Exterior wall on Gridline A shall patch /repaired, power washed and prepared to receive 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint per specifications. 24.
