vehicle. Case is still under investigation.
o Aggravated Assault stemmed from Domestic Violence between two roommates at the 7200

o Increased in Commercial Burglary primarily due to recent trends in pharmacy burglary.
o Grand theft auto continues as a concern. Older Honda and Toyota make vehicles are stolen
and taken for short rides.

Eight felony arrests.

theft and online purchases with stolen credit cards.

suspect was arrested for robbery.
o Cell phone snatched thefts are recent concerns.

Sandra Armenta asked Lt. Somoano if there are any factors between video games and television
shows that may be the cause in the increase of assault. Per Lt. Somoano, there is no known
correlation but the effects of Prop 47 has created many challenges for Law Enforcement.
