A. DESIGN REVIEW 15-06 - Vinh Tran has submitted an application for a Design Review requesting to
construct a new 2,818 square feet two-story single-family dwelling unit with an attached three-car garage.
Any new dwelling unit to be constructed that equals or exceeds two thousand five hundred (2,500) square
feet of developed living area shall be subject to a discretionary Site Plan and Design Review. The subject
property is located at 8917 Newby Avenue (APN: 5391-011-034) and in the R-2 (Light Multiple Residential)
zone.
PC RESOLUTION 16-04 - A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 15-
