YES  The vendor must provide a quick start CMS training guide in booklet and/or CD form for the City to retain. - only one required functionality or entire platform document? REQUIRED FUNCTIONALITY  Please they clarify what they mean by agenda management? Create pages and upload PDF and add links for public to access files  Please clarify what type of integration they need with Eden and Laserfiche? We only need to create links to connect to remote servers but NO imbedded coding.  Are looking for page to page or more like a Google Translate option? We are looking for a page to page full translation.  How long does a project manager need to be on site, and what hours per week (40)? Is that until the first part of the project is complete, or for 3 years? Project manager is not required to be onsite.  It appears that we need to send over one electronic copy (is that via email, such as a dropbox link, or on a thumb drive in the physical package?) Yes you can include a CD or USB drive but no dropbox please.  5 hard copies, is that correct? That is correct 5 hard copies.  The attachments, are any of those supposed to be included in our bid? Yes please submit any attachments or require documents stated on the RFP  Propose cost for three(3) years for Website Design, Website Maintenance & Additional Costs – Please suggest work schedule to be followed so that we can propose our cost accordingly.
