RESOLUTION NO. 2017-32 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $266,312.60 NUMBERED 96821 THROUGH NUMBED 96822, AND NUMBERED 96839, AND NUMBERED 96841THROUGH NUMBERED 96913 INCLUSIVELY, WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Finance Director has certified as to the accuracy of the attached listing of demands and as to the availability of funds. SECTION 2. The attached listed claims and demands have been audited as required by law. SECTION 3. The City Cleric shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and hereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. The same are hereby allowed in the amount set forth above. In accordance with Section 37202 of the Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify as to the accuracy of the above checks and as to the availability of funds for payment thereof.
