ORDINANCE NO. 22
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD AMENDING
THE ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE AND PROHIBITING
CERTAIN DISPOSITION OF PRINTED MATERIAL ON
LAWNS, YARDS AND GROUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. ADDING &ECTION TO~MUNIgIPADE*-
A new section is added to Article IV, Chapter II
of the Rosemead Municipal Code to read as follows:

No person at any time shall throw, drop, deposit,
place or leave any newspaper, advertiser, bulletiu,
circular or other printed matter upon any lawn,
yard, grounds, lot, sidewalk, parking strip or
other area appurtenant to any residence apartment
or dwelling house, except uprn.the pores thereof,
or if there is.no porch, within a distance of ten
feet from the front door of such residence, apart
went or dwelling house, unless such newspaper,
advertiser, bulletin, circular or other printed
matter has been subscribed for, ordered or requested
by, or without the consent or permission of, the
owner, resident or occupant of such residence,
.apartment or dwelling house."
