Gentlemen,
Per the "CONTRACTORS QUALIFICATION STATEMENT", please find below some additional
experience for myself, prior to my graduation from engineering school.
I have been involved in the swimming pool industry beginning in 1976. I began working with
RALPH McKINNON POOLS. RALPH McKINNON POOLS worked as a sub-contractor for
construction and re-hab of both residential and commercial pools for companies such as BAKER
POOLS, PERRY POOLS,ANTHONY POOLS and several other pool contractors.
By 1980 I had started my own swimming pool service and repair company. At that time I was also a
member of the San Gabriel Valley Chapter of IPSA (Independent Pool Serviceman's Association).
My company was involved in Start-up, service and repair operations of private and commercial pool
accounts up until 1984.At that rime I had graduated from engineering school and had sold the
business to pursue engineering and civil contracting.

We have reviewed the accompanying Balance Sheet of 4-Con Engineering, Inc., (a
Subchapter-S Corporation), as of December 31, 1993 and the related Statements of Income,
Changes in Stockholders' Equity and Cash Flows for the period then ended, and the
supplementary information on pages 12 through 16 in accordance with Statements on
Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. All of the information included in these financial statements is a
representation of the management of 4-Con Engineering, Inc.
A review consists principally of inquiries of company personnel and analytical procedures
applied to financial data. It is substantially less in scope than an audit in accordance with
generally accepted auditing standards, the objective of which is the expression of an opinion
regarding the financial statements taken as a whole. Accordingly, we do not express such an
opinion.
Based on our review, we are not aware of any material modifications that should be made to
the accompanying Financial Statements and Supplementary Information in order for them to be
